Das Sammeln wissenschaftlicher Instrumente ist sicherlich ein seltenes aber sehr interessantes Hobby.

Seit ca. 40 Jahren beschäftige ich mich mit der Entwicklungsgeschichte der Optik und Mechanik.

Seit dem Studium der Feinwerktechnik und den ersten Berufsjahren in einem Unternehmen der optischen Industrie hat mich dieses Wissensgebiet  fasziniert.

Inzwischen ist eine große Sammlung an optischen und mechanischen Instrumenten entstanden, sowie eine umfangreiche Sammlung an Literatur, Stichen und Bilder der Zeit. 

I have been collecting and dealing in antique scientific instruments for about forty years. I'm based near Stuttgart in Germany. Our stock ranges from Microscopes to Telescopes, Engineering Instruments, Globes and Tellurian to Sclaes and Weights  and other optical instruments.
